returns and exchanges
15-day return policy
to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience; we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unfulfilled with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unworn, with tags) within 15 days of receiving your order for refund, store credit and or exchange (less shipping costs). Returns must include all tags, accessories, and packaging. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee if products are return with missing or damaged content. Returns made after 15 days will be returned to the customer.
damaged or missing items
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
wrong size, color, or item
If at any chance you received an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you have ordered, please notify us within 3 business days to be eligible for exchange.
sale items
Sale items are non-refundable, but is qualified for store credit & exchange. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return. Please do not return final sale items to us, they will be shipped back to the customer.
return & exchange process
Upon receiving the item(s) for return, it may take up to 3 -4 days for the refund to show on your billing statement. We recommend that you send your items with a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure safe delivery to n’V.
Exchanges may take 1 to 2 weeks for complete transaction. Return processing is completed in the order they are received. Exchange items must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the original order for a refund. Any exchange items sent back after 15 days from the original order will be eligible for store credit only.

Your credit card will be refunded upon receiving your returned item(s). It may take up to 3-4 business days for the refund to reflect on your billing statement.
charges on my card
In the case that your card appears to be charged twice, it is actually called a pre-authorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card vs. a credit card. This method checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. When the order is placed, our credit card processor authorizes the amount and later captures it when your order is processed and sent out for shipping.
